Cancelling
Your card is created the moment payment goes through, so an order can't be cancelled once its link exists.
You get a full refund if
- You paid but never got your card link.
- You were charged twice for one card.
- Your card won't open because of a problem on our side that we can't fix within 48 hours.
Refunds don't apply if
- You change your mind after the link is created.
- There's a typo in a name or message you entered. Write to us and we'll try to fix it for you.
- The card was removed for breaking our terms of use.
Asking for a refund
Within 7 days of paying, email hello@lovecrafted.store with your order reference and the phone number or email you used.
How long it takes
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Banks can take a little longer to show it.
