The short version
We keep only what we need to make and deliver your card. We never sell your data. You can ask us to delete it whenever you want.
What we keep
- What you put in a card: names, messages, choices, and any photos or music you add.
- Your phone number or email, only if you ask us to send you the card link.
- A payment reference and status from our payment partner. Card and bank details stay with them and never reach us.
- Basic, anonymous information about how the site is used, so we can fix problems.
Why we keep it
- To build your card and show it to the person you send it to.
- To take payments, stop fraud and handle refunds.
- To send you your link and important updates about your order.
- To make the cards and the site better.
Who can open your card
Anyone who has the link, unless you add a passcode. Share the link and the passcode only with the person it's meant for.
Who else is involved
A few trusted providers help us run Lovecrafted: hosting, payments, messaging and analytics. They get only what they need to do their job and must keep it confidential.
How long we keep it
Card links stay live for at least six months. Payment records are kept for as long as Indian law requires. Want your card removed sooner? Email hello@lovecrafted.store.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or erase your personal data and withdraw your consent at any time.
